This is a mobile role providing relief support where needed across units in the area. Key Responsibilities:Efficient Management: Oversee the entire catering contract to ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage services.Client Relationships: Maintain a positive relationship with the client, communicating regularly to understand their needs and any changes.Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members, including handling sickness, conducting performance reviews, and providing necessary training.Budget Accountability: Manage labour spend and food costs, working with your Area Manager to meet financial budgets proactively.Service Planning: Ensure smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver exceptional service to clients and customers.Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative/regulatory requirements (e.g., allergens, kcal, PPDS).
