We are looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to join our IT department in a newly established position. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery and improvement of technical engineering projects and continuous improvement services, focusing on online platforms, digital solutions, and middleware. Working within a functionally aligned squad, you will collaborate with Product Owners, digital operations teams, and key stakeholders to ensure a reliable and high-quality experience for both internal users and customers. To be successful in this roe you will need a strong understanding of digital technology infrastructure, including cloud services (e.g., Azure), digital platforms (e.g., SFCC, SFSC), and networkingSmart working principles that blend onsite work at our support center in Wakefield (2-3 days a week) with working from home.
