This position is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), driving operational excellence, and managing a wide-reaching network of teams to deliver quality service and strong financial performance.You will work closely with your Area Managers, Branch Managers, Pharmacist Managers, and key internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and ensure branch compliance with all healthcare regulations. This role is suited to a driven and adaptable leader ready to make an impact in a high responsibility environment. Who are we looking for?Ideal candidates will bring a mix of healthcare management experience, financial acumen, and strategic insight.
