You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll doResponsible for the accurate administration for the department, including people and process administrationMaintain accurate records on departmental trackers.Review outstanding reactive work orders in Maximo, collate material costs and labour hours, create recharge packs, and obtain POs from the team for checking and processing.Update and monitor the vehicle register with current driving licenses.Communicate new PMO requirements to the finance manager.Raise & review outstanding purchase orders weekly and monthly to ensure timely action and accurate cost recording.Support technical/project managers with documentation.Act as liaison between Supply Solutions and operations for supplier availability and query resolution.Report failures in compliance, deadlines, or initiatives to technical managers.Use IT systems (CAFM, SharePoint, subcontractor systems) for monitoring, reporting, and data management in Quality Assurance and other reporting systems.Provide administrative support to Hard FM staff as needed.What you’ll bringEssentialProven experience within a similar roleSelf-motivated and able to adapt to changing prioritiesAble to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving using a logical approachWorks well in a pressurized environmentGood understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.Proficient in Microsoft packagesMust be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skillsGood level of mathematical skillsConfidential and professional at all timeDesirable:Previous experience within a Health Service contextNVQ Level 3– Administration or equivalentDemonstrating maturity in working with Hard FM groupsAny specialist knowledge relevant to the health care environmentPrevious experience using SharePoint and CAFM systems (desirable)What we offer£26,800 -£30,000 + Sodexo benefitsWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.You'll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you'll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you'll be able to thrive in your own way.
