We are looking for an experienced General Manager to work with us at a lovely B&I site that is set across two buildings, walkable distance from each other that has a coffee shop, staff dining with breakfast and lunch and vending. We are looking for a General Manager to lead a team of 22.Location: SG12 0DERate of pay: £45,000 per annumWorking pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3.30pm core hoursKey responsibilitiesManage a free issues food offer and drive a programme of vending and staff diningLead an innovative and controlled product range Support the supply of a free issues coffee programme working with an experienced Barista teamDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual businessEnsure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured and are in line with the CH&CO brandEnsure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the fixed budget parametersProvide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff in the business and the Head ChefEnsure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safetyEffectively communicate with the European Hub of the clients businessInnovate, have fun, drive excellenceWhat\'s in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
