Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Warehouse Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure efficient order fulfilment and maintain high standards of safety and organisation. 

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective work flow.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.
- Co-ordinate order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to streamline operations.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments and returns.
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities. 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
