adi Automotive Electrical Supervisor
Location - We are ideally seeking a candidate based in the Northwest who is willing to travel to client sites as needed.
About the Role
As an electrical supervisor, you will oversee small to medium-sized electrical contracts and manage day work jobs for industrial work in car plants.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage small projects and liaise with site engineers.
* Arrange labor, materials & plant to complete projects on time and within budget.
* Assist in carrying out small projects when required.
* Monitor test certificates returned to the office.
* Visit sites to assess work quality and attend client meetings as needed.
* Write job-specific method statements and risk assessments.
* Complete on-site safety audits as needed.
* Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings, specifications and diagrams.
* Conduct basic estimating and tendering, advancing to larger projects with experience.
* Perform office tasks, including obtaining material quotes and processing orders.
* Provide excellent service to customers and clients.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
* Qualifications of 2391 or 2394/5 and knowledge in condition reporting is required.
* Previous experience supervising electrical work in industrial settings, particularly in car plants, is preferred.
* An 18th edition qualification and NVQ Level 3 certification are essential.
