This role is integral to maintaining the estate’s functionality and safety, ensuring military personnel can train effectively.As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of Training Area Operatives, with a specific focus on leading the Range Towers Team. These towers play a critical role in live firing exercises, overseeing the safety and operation of range targetry systems while providing a workspace for both Landmarc staff and visiting troops.We are looking for an individual with experience working on the Defence Training Estate or leading a high-performing team in a rural or operational environment.
