Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Lead compliance efforts related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) while overseeing site infrastructure.
* Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard by managing contractors effectively.
* Supervise the setup, operation, and decommissioning of site infrastructure, including utilities, personal protective equipment (PPE), and waste management.
* Coordinate procurement, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements within budget and schedule constraints.
* Conduct and oversee site inspections, including Mechanical & Electrical Completion tests, ensuring accurate documentation of deviations and claims.
* Work closely with the Site Manager, providing regular updates on site activities and sharing insights for continuous improvement in future projects.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Ideally a degree or relevant qualification in Facilities Management or Construction
* A Project Management certificate will be highly advantageous
Personal skills, prior experience and knowledge
The Site Facility Manager role would suit someone who has:
* Prior experience working in a facilities management role on a construction site
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ legal and management requirements, with relevant safety certifications (SSSTS, SCC, Safepass, CSCS, or CCNSG).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in SharePoint, SAP, and Primavera
Salary and benefits of the Site Facility Manager role
* A starting basic salary between �55,000 - �65,000
