What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients . In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
Dispense and verify inpatient prescriptions accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe medication management
Provide expert advice on medicines optimisation
Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital protocols
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Prior hospital pharmacy experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
