You\'ll work closely with the Executive Head Chef, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and fostering a culture of excellence.Your Responsibilities:Assist the Executive Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations for multiple London venues.Lead and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistent food quality and service.Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus and innovative culinary offerings.Ensure compliance with all Compass processes and food hygiene regulations.We\'re Seeking:Proven experience as a Sous ChefStrong leadership and team development skills.A passion for culinary innovation and quality.Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.A proactive and commercially aware approach.Perks, Benefits and Other Information40 hours over a five day week (Monday to Friday).
