Assistant General Manager - Lasdun | National Theatre London£48,000 per annum (£40k Basic + £8k TRONC)A timeless British brasserie in an iconic landmark building, Lasdun seamlessly matches the high standards of the National Theatre itself. The restaurant focuses on the very best produce Britain has to offer—shellfish from Devon, Cornwall, and the north coast of Scotland; beef and lamb from the Lake District; and vegetables and salads from small organic farms in and around Kent. The bar features a list of traditional cocktails alongside an extensive wine selection, moving between classic varietals and natural wine styles.Purpose Reporting into the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, with a particular focus on customer service and service culture. The AGM will assist in managerial duties, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to deliver world-class hospitality.
