As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for your client portfolio, building and nurturing lasting relationships to facilitate open communication and drive success. Your strategic mindset will enable you to achieve not only contract renewals, but substantial sales growth through effective client engagement and proactive oversight of all projects within your portfolio. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver outstanding service while promoting Switch2's values and enhancing our reputation as a trusted partner.
Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexible hybrid options available.
Client Account Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
* Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the ability to manage complex solutions.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and a track record of hitting sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence at senior levels.
* Knowledge of the Metering, Billing, and Communal Heating sectors is advantageous.
