In this rewarding position, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life of the person by providing both practical care and emotional support. You will also need to ideally bring previous experience in the following:Complex Care (such as tracheostomy and gastrotomy management and non-invasive ventilation)Nursery experience.Previous experience in care is helpful but not required; a love for people and a desire to make a difference is key!What will your shift involve?In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with maintaining a safe airway, including tracheostomy care and management, PEG feeding, ensuring proper ventilation and comfort. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organised living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
