You will also need to ideally bring previous experience in the following:Complex Care (such as tracheostomy and gastrotomy management and non-invasive ventilation)Nursery experience.Previous experience in care is helpful but not required; a love for people and a desire to make a difference is key!What will your shift involve?In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with maintaining a safe airway, including tracheostomy care and management, PEG feeding, ensuring proper ventilation and comfort. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organised living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
