Help us drive change in an environment where innovation and operational stability are key!What You’ll Do:Lead Change Management Initiatives: Act as the central coordinator for all change requests (variations), ensuring they are reviewed, tracked, prioritised, and implemented efficiently.Drive Innovative Solutions: Work within the commercial and contractual boundaries of the PFI to develop future-proof Contract Change Notices (CCNs) that maintain service quality and comply with current and future legislation.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement communication plans for change initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Contract Directors, Finance, legal counsel, and external agencies) to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and address concerns.Manage Risk and Compliance: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring all changes comply with site policies, regulations, and industry standards.Ensure Operational Continuity: Coordinate the rollout of change initiatives while minimizing disruption to site operations, ensuring the stability and effectiveness of critical services.Monitor and Report Progress: Track the impact of change initiatives, providing detailed performance reports to senior management and making recommendations for further improvement.Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure records of all change-related activities for audit, review, and compliance purposes.Key Responsibilities:Change Request Management: Review and track change requests, ensuring proper approvals and documentation are in place.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.Process Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to established change management processes, mitigating any issues that could impact operational stability.Implementation Support: Facilitate training, briefings, and resource distribution to ensure effective execution of change initiatives.Risk Management: Proactively address challenges during the change process, ensuring that all changes are executed with minimal disruption.What You Bring:Proven Experience in Change Management: Significant experience in change management, administration, or a similar role within a large, multi-service environment.Knowledge of Change Management Principles: Familiarity with best practices such as ITIL, Prosci, or similar methodologies.Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders across different service areas.Process-Oriented and Detail-Driven: Ability to manage multiple change initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and minimizing disruption.Desirable:Certifications: Change Management Practitioner, PRINCE2, PMP, or other relevant qualifications.Experience in Complex Operational Environments: Such as healthcare, education, military, or large facilities management.Adaptable and Results-Driven: A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering results and ensuring operational stability.
