What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a rehabilitation ward setting . In this role, you will:
- Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical pharmacy services - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care - Provide expert advice on medication management and best practices - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and NHS regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist - Prior experience in a hospital or ward-based setting (rehabilitation experience desirable) - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - A commitment to delivering safe and effective patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm , with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3-6 months , with the potential to progress to Band 8a after six months .
