You will have the opportunity to oversee each section to share your knowledge with the junior chefs.Can you remember who inspired you to be a chef, can you do this for someone else?We run an award-winning apprenticeship programme, as a Senior Chef de Partie you will take an active role in leading, teaching and inspiring the apprentices.We’re seeking Senior Chef de Parties with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team.
