Booking of external hospital appointments for patients that have been referred to secondary careRequesting medical information from patient’s community GP’s and ensuring we obtain this information within a specific time frame so that we are able to continue care. Providing medical records following GDPR.General Admin duties (scanning, copy, filling, creating letters etc.)Receive and appropriately code safeguarding information/requests etc – training providedAction and record requests appropriately with deadlines recordedTogether with safeguarding champion allocate requests to be completed to an appropriate clinician and ensure responses are submitted ahead of deadlinesCoordinate MDTs; diarise, ensure invitations are sent and track responsesTake minutes at MDTsTogether with safeguarding champion(s) maintaining registersCollate basic information in response to requestsMonitor the safeguarding inboxThe Ideal CandidateExcellent communication and inter-personal skillsAbility to build and develop relationshipsExperience in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPointAll candidates are subject to prison vetting checks and DBS checks
