We have a fantastic career opportunity for a Service Manager position to join the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub team here at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.Your day-to-day involves overseeing the MASH operations, projects, and initiatives. You should be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England with extensive post-qualifying experience of statutory social care practice and multi-agency contact is highly essential.Level 5 NVQ Management qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.You will have a sound understanding and ability in relation to effective management practices, particularly as they relate to service planning and performance management and development of services and staff.Experience as a Service Manager will be an added advantageDriving Licence is essential.This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate.
