The Cost Control Manager role comes with a salary of up to �77,000 + car allowance + bonus.

Responsibilities and duties
As the Cost Control Manager you will:
* Develop and manage the initial project budget, ensuring alignment with bid estimates.
* Monitor, control, and report on all project costs, identifying deviations and risks.
* Provide accurate Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts through data analysis.
* Prepare cost control reports and financial analyses to support decision-making.
* Support planning and scheduling teams with cost assessments and forecasts.
* Validate actual vs. planned resource consumption and cost measurements.
* Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and reporting standards.
* Manage supplier and subcontractor cost claims, ensuring fair evaluations.
* Collaborate with project leadership on cost risk management and corrective actions.
* Work closely with finance, procurement, and contracts teams for seamless cost integration.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
* Proficiency in cost control tools and financial reporting software.
* Proven experience as a Cost Control Manager
* Strong background in water treatment, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
* Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for large-scale projects.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
