We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in business operations and financial management.What you'll doPlan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team to achieve business objectives.Ensure all financial targets are met within a framework of absolute financial control.Manage client business within agreed budgets, providing financial breakdowns and information as required.Deliver budgeted profit and turnover for accounts as agreed with the line manager.Define and implement unit business plans in line with the division’s strategic objectives.Identify and drive opportunities for business growth within contracts and the external market.Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and financial management standards.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service management.Recruit, develop, and manage personnel, fostering a culture of engagement and professional growth.Uphold health & safety policies and ensure compliance across all operations.What you'll bringProven experience in business operations, financial management, or facilities management.Strong leadership and team management skills.A proactive and solution-focused mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Relevant qualifications (HND or equivalent), with vocational certifications being an advantage.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
