Strengthening Families is part of our Children and Family Support Services. Using a multi-agency approach, the service offers intensive support to children, young people and families with identified complex needs to strengthen parenting to support and empower them to achieve good outcomes for their children. You will lead and supervise a team of practitioners who hold a caseload and deliver high-level complex interventions to children and families.Your professional leadership and support will help the team deliver safe practice and effectively manage their workloads to agreed standards and timeframes. You will need to be highly knowledgeable about the complex issues children, young people and families face and be able to work collaboratively with partners to deliver bespoke and evidence informed support to families, brokering long term and sustainable change.You will support the team to deliver services that are responsive to the voices and lived experience of children using evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes across a range of needs.
