You’ll belong to a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own leadership style.What you'll do:Lead recruitment, induction, training, and development of your team, ensuring alignment with Subway® and Sodexo brand standards – always leading by example!Create and manage weekly staffing schedules, balancing labour with sales, and continuously seeking improvements in day-to-day operations.Monitor deliveries, conduct accurate temperature record checks, and promptly report any issues.Manage cash handling and banking in line with policies, addressing stock loss, and maintaining a robust daily/weekly routine.Oversee stock control to minimize waste, maintaining accurate records at all times.Ensure 100% compliance with Subway® and Sodexo guidelines.Conduct weekly stock takes and generate reports for both Sodexo and Subway®.Maintain accurate compliance paperwork related to food temperature controls, fridge/freezer monitoring, cleaning, and any other mandatory requirements.Analyse weekly sales and inventory reports to drive business performance.Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness and presentation, focusing on health and safety.Implement in-store marketing and point-of-sale materials in line with campaigns.Ensure strict safety protocols are followed to prevent incidents, providing a safe work environment for both employees and customers.Foster a positive work culture, emphasizing customer service, while reviewing and responding to customer feedback in a timely manner.What you bring:A strong operational understanding of catering, retail, leisure, or fast-food environments.Proven leadership experience and a track record of successfully growing and developing teams, offering constructive feedback and direction.Strong food hygiene knowledge (food safety level 2, 3, or above is desired but not essential).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems, with the ability to learn new tools.A proactive mindset and the ability to find solutions through a flexible approach.The ability to work well under pressure, self-drive, and take ownership of your own learning and development.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively to meet expectations and requirements.What we offer:£27,000pa - £29,000pa + excellent benefits.Working with Sodexo is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
