As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and professional experience. You will provide essential information about our products and services, assist with order placements, and effectively resolve any customer complaints. Your attention to detail will shine through as you maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You'll collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and continuously learn about new offerings to ensure you are well-informed.
Hours of Work: Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday,
Salary: �23,300 + �1,800 attendance bonus, to be reviewed in the New Year
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
* The ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Computer literacy and experience with databases
* A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
