From our prime location in the heart of Westminster, we have hosted over 13,000 events since it was opened by Her Majesty the Queen on the 24th June 1986.Overall Purpose of the Role:The QEII Centre is the largest dedicated conference and exhibition space in Central London, and we are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our friendly team. Working as a part of the Commercial department you will be the first point of contact for clients.As a Sales Account Executive, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. You will be assisting customers with enquiries, setting up accounts and providing excellent customer service.More about the role:Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in line with the company guidelines and policies.Ensure the smooth operation of the sales office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service.You will be required to be pro-active and research past and present companies, preparing informative bespoke proposals to meet client objectives.Used to handling a high volume of enquiries and dealing with those in a timely manner.Be flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries.Following up all enquiries within the required time frames and recording the details on the CRM systemConduct engaging, informative showrounds of the venue to give the client confidence that the Centre is the best choice for their event. Acting as the first point of contact for clients enquiring about the Centre and handling incoming enquiries in a friendly and professional manner Following up on all leads and opportunities Working with the team to achieve budgetary targets. Prepare contracts and all necessary paperwork for the event.
