Our Spa Therapists provide a variety of set and bespoke treatments, to our Hotel Guests, Spa members and Spa day guests.Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Carrying out an array of treatments to our guests, including massages and Sarah Chapman facials.Knowledge of all spa treatments including the benefits of each treatment.Ability to recommend treatments and products to our guests, dependent on their needs.Provide a warm and comfortable experience to all guests, putting their safety and comfort first.Handle all products and stock with care.Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure all guests are attended to in and efficient and timely manner.Always keep treatment rooms presentable, working closely with our Spa Attendants with regards to towels and linen supplies.Passion towards learning new skills and expanding your product knowledge.About you:You will need to be Level 3, CIDESO or CIBTAC qualified, along with having a keen eye for detail and the passion towards creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
