Location: Hampshire, NHS Hospital
Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Start Date: March 2025
Rate of Pay: �27 - �37 per hour

A Day in the Life of a Clinical Pharmacist:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and make a real difference in the lives of hospital patients. Your core responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatient wards.
Conducting medication reviews and optimising treatment plans.
Providing expert advice to healthcare professionals on drug therapy.
Ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines and best practices.
Contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions to enhance patient care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have prior hospital experience.
Current and valid GPhC registration .
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible locum position requiring availability Monday to Friday with potential for extension based on service needs.
