In this field-based role you’ll handle day-to-day client queries, actively participate in tenders and implementations, and deliver on the PHOENIX proposition. The heart of the roleManage Core Accounts: Act as the central interface for PHOENIX's core traditional wholesale clients, building and developing relationships with existing accounts and supporting new client accounts.Client Retention and Growth: Implement strategies to retain existing business, grow revenue opportunities, and transition clients from traditional to reduced wholesale, driving the profitable growth of PHOENIX.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to meet client needs and achieve growth goals.
