What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in an NHS inpatient setting. In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Create and implement personalised care plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- No prior NHS experience required - ideal for newly registered GPhC pharmacists or community pharmacists looking for NHS work!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday - Friday or 4 weekdays per week, 9am - 5pm. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
