Join Our Admissions Team and Make a Difference!
Jewish Care is seeking an Administrator to join our Admissions Team, which plays a crucial role in arranging admissions into our 9 care homes and 4 Retirement Living schemes. This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals and families through their journey into care, ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process.
This post is full time working a minimum of 2 days in the office per week, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week).
About the Role
As an Administrator, you will:
Provide administrative support for care home and retirement living applications.
Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, and financial documents in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal teams, prospective residents, and local authorities to ensure a seamless admissions process.
Maintain accurate records using Dynamics CRM and other systems.
Monitor and respond to enquiries via the Admissions team inbox.
Support strategic planning by assisting with data analysis and reporting.
Schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and minute-take for weekly panel meetings.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in administration within a health or social care setting.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in IT systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dynamics CRM.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
A strong sense of confidentiality and discretion, particularly when handling sensitive information.
