What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in delivering essential pharmacy services within a secure environment. In this role, you will:
- Work directly on prison wings to support medication administration - Ensure safe and efficient medication distribution to inmates - Provide pharmaceutical advice to healthcare staff and patients - Work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care - Maintain accurate records and adhere to prison pharmacy regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prison clearance (mandatory) - Previous experience in a similar role within a prison or secure environment - A valid GPhC registration - Strong organisational and communication skills - The ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability 7 days per week from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM , with occasional later shifts until 9:00 PM when required . The contract is initially for 3 months , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
