We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleWork Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pmLocation: Covering the Warwickshire CountyAre you compassionate, understanding and want to make a difference to people’s lives?Our hoarding service in Warwickshire is looking for a person to support people in a trauma-informed way, ensuring that they receive the right emotional and practical support, advice and assistance with their hoarding behaviour.You will be taking a hands-on approach to decluttering and making people’s homes safer whilst taking the time to get to know the person, helping them to build their confidence and independent living skills and supporting them to maintain their tenancy.We are looking for someone with strong communication and listening skills as they are a vital part of the service. You will work collaboratively with key agencies to ensure that the person is getting the right help for them to meet their longer-term needs, whilst also linking people into aligned services such as social care, mental health support, bereavement therapy and other appropriate community groups.Our person-centred approach means that people have autonomy and are involved and invested in their support.
