We prioritize employee well-being and play a vital role in fostering stronger communities.We are now seeking an Safety Audit and Environment Operative to join our team at HMRC Inland Border Facility – Sevington / Holyhead What you’ll do:Prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and customers at all IBF sites.Proactively prevent pollution incidents and effectively manage any spills to minimize environmental impact.Offer expert safety and pollution prevention guidance to all site personnel.Successfully pass all internal and external audits with a focus on continuous improvement.Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.Meet budget targets and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by HMRC.Complete Team Briefs, employee appraisals, and implement actions to enhance health and safety, as well as boost employee engagement.What you bring:Experience in producing and presenting reports.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong customer relationship, influencing, and communication skills.Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to coach, develop, and support team members.Financial and business awareness with accountability for results.Proficient in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Self-motivated with strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.Demonstrated innovation and adaptability in continuous improvement.Strong commitment to safety, Zero Harm, and a positive safety culture.Eligible to pass security vetting and eager to develop health and safety knowledgeWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
