We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in The Wallace Collection.The Wallace Collection is located in the heart of Manchester Square, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea daily within a stunning courtyard setting.You will be working amongst inspiring and breath taking masterpieces, welcoming our guests and serving them in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environmentMain Responsibilities:Manage standards and quality across all areas of the restaurant and front of house operation.Assists the management team in the development of the Wallace Collectionproduct and standards of service.Carry out regular liquor stock-takes.Effectively manage team members and takes ownership of the allocated area of the RestaurantReceive and act upon all guest feedback.Stimulates upselling and revenue generating setting targets to the team.Ensure that all casual agency staff have received health and safety and team briefing before their shift.Comply with all Company policies, procedures and statutory regulations, including human resources, health and safety, safe working practices, COVID-19, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.Ensure that all accountable staff are adequately trained and skilled to the required levelThe Ideal Candidate:Supervisory experiencein a high volume, quality restaurant environment.Able to communicate effectively through written form of communicationExcellent spoken EnglishStrong organisational and leadership skillsCash handling experience.High standards of personal presentation.
