In doing so, you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate team performance and delivery, ensuring that practice is within the sphere of competence and knowledge. You will also be part of a Leadership team that supports service development work both within the 0-19 Service and the Children’s Business Unit but also wider with key stakeholders across the city.A typical week could include: management of sickness, team capacity and work-related issues; facilitating ‘safety huddles' and team meetings; 1:1 meetings with staff; appraisals; supervision and practitioner support with caseload management; attending Operational/performance meetings or Development days.
