We are currently looking for an agile, adaptable, ambitious E2E Product Planner to join our forward thinking, robust product team operating in high volume FMCG environment, based in Atherstone, Stratford upon Avon.
Salary: �30,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 5 on 2 off shift pattern
Product Planner duties in summary:
* Timely communication with suppliers
* To ensure accurate checking, recording and update of ERP and product planning tools
* Communicate and share planning information
* Ensure consignments and products handled to correct standards and protocols
* Daily product checks
* Participate in cross functional meetings
* Implement satisfactory program for conditioning fruit to meet customer orders OTIFAQ
* Accountability for cross functional performance and data review to drive continuous improvement for enhanced product yield.
* Support client visits, audits and compliance activities
Product Planner requirements:
* Ideally educated to A' Level standard
* Relevant experience working in a food production or planning environment handling short shelf life product.
* Experience of stock management and handling of fruits would be a distinct advantage
* PC Literate - Word, Excel, Data Entry.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, planning and organisation skills.
* Accurate, numerate, strong analytical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure with accuracy in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Ability to operate cross functionally, without barriers in approach, for overall business benefit
* Agile, practical, collaborative mindset
* A strong team player.
* Fluent English - Both written & verbal.
