Whether new venue mobilisations and transitions, or current operations the focus is on enhancing guest experience and driving commercial success.Optimisation will be at the heart of what you do, whether it be reviewing and optimising guest experiences by delivering targeted training programmes, or reviewing business performance and optimising data informed commercial efficiencies, your mantra will be “what can we do better?”You will assist in developing the plan and then be focussed on delivering it, whether it’s a mobilisation, transition, or a venue review, ensuring that we optimise our presence is the key to success.When it comes to a new venue, you will support the operational transition, ensuring that our operating standards and guest service culture are adopted effectively from the start. Leaning on your understanding of best practice methodology, you will ensure that transitioned teams understand the importance and positive impact of working with our operating standards across their venue.Reviewing the findings of our Business Excellence team and your own observations when working within venue team.
