As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the delivery of services and people management across multiple locations within our accommodation and community support services within Gloucestershire. You will get involved with all our stakeholders from the people we work alongside, to colleagues and our external partners across the county to ensure we provide a seamless and person-centred service tailored to meet the evolving needs of those experiencing homelessness and adverse life events and empowering them to rebuild their lives.As the Regional Lead, you will possess excellent communication skills and hold a real passion for people, being kind and compassionate in your leadership style, leading by example and acting as an ambassador of P3 culture and values. What We OfferIn return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
