Astute’s Nuclear team is partnering with a business experienced across decommissioning, waste management, and more recently from engineering design, R&D, and refurbishment to recruit a Requirements Engineer on a 12 month contract for its Aldermaston site.
The Requirements Engineer role comes with an hour rate between �55 and �58 an hour.
As a Requirement Engineer you will provide expertise to multiple programmes responsibility working closely with, and advising appropriately, the Project Manager or Engineering Task Manager, to ensure that Systems Engineering methods, tools and processes are used to best effect.
Key skills
* Experience utilising DOORS (ideally at practitioner level)
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in engineering supported by practical experience or equivalent
* Experience of applied abstract modelling techniques in support of lifecycle processes (e.g. Use Cases, Context Diagrams, etc.)
* Experience of system design and specification including interface design and specification.
* Basic understanding of the UK Nuclear Industry
Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Requirements Engineer.
* Hourly rate between �55 and �58 per hour.
* 12 month + contract
* Candidates must hold SC at a minimum and be able to obtain DV clearance.
