Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (Band 6)
Location: Manchester
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �26 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health challenges in a community setting. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
* Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote mental well-being and recovery.
* Managing caseloads and delivering community-based mental health support.
* Liaising with families, social workers, GPs, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
* Monitoring medication management and adherence to treatment plans.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
* Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid NMC registration.
* Previous experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse or in adult mental health settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
