- Rate of Pay: �32 - �38 per hour (paid via Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care in both medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards - Deliver evidence-based medicine and ensure safe and effective use of medications - Review and monitor medication therapy, making appropriate adjustments when needed - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Prior hospital wards experience, specifically in medical and surgical wards
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - A commitment to providing high-quality care to patients
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, including a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance and service needs.
