As a Regional Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth, generating new business opportunities and maximising revenue from existing accounts. You will attend meetings, identify customer needs, and showcase our innovative products and services tailored to their requirements. Your role will involve scheduling your own meetings while collaborating with the Business Development Executive team. You will explore and develop all commercial opportunities, negotiate the best possible terms, and travel to customer sites across Guildford to build meaningful relationships. Achieving your KPIs and exceeding sales targets will be the markers of your success in this role.
Hours of Work: Full-time, field-based role with flexible working during core hours.
Regional Account Manager Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience within an Account Management position is desirable.
* Proven experience working in the Utilities or Construction sectors.
* Understanding of short sales cycles and experience maintaining a strategic portfolio.
* Experience in plant hire is desirable but not essential.
* Full clean UK Driving Licence
Regional Account Manager Benefits:
* A basic salary of up to �50,000 depending on experience.
