What You'll Be Doing:
Join a dynamic and supportive acute physiotherapy team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care. In this role, you will:
* Work with a diverse caseload in an acute hospital setting, providing assessments and physiotherapy interventions.
* Manage patients with a variety of acute conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Deliver effective treatment and rehabilitation programmes, helping patients regain functionality and improve their quality of life.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to all legal and organisational frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Experience working in an acute setting, particularly with adult patients.
* Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to make independent decisions regarding patient care.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
* Passion for providing exceptional patient care and improving recovery outcomes.
