As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both proactive and reactive maintenance work within our cutting-edge manufacturing environment. You'll troubleshoot mechanical systems, conduct regular inspections, and perform planned preventative maintenance on various equipment, including automated machinery and assembly lines. You will collaborate with the team to promote a continuous learning culture and implement Total Performance Management processes, all while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Hours of Work: 38.5 hours per week
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, or an apprenticeship within maintenance engineering.
* Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally in a kiln or furnace environment.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and fault-finding for control systems.
* Solid experience in both reactive and preventative maintenance.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work within a multi-disciplined team.
