You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent attraction. Your proactive approach will help us build pipelines of top talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Proactively source and build pipelines of top talent.Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on market trends and recruitment best practices. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
