We are a leading provider of healthcare support services, committed to delivering excellence in hospital operations. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the leadership of multiple essential services across 3 Hospital and community sites with mangers onsite reporting into you. This role is crucial in ensuring high standards in cleaning, catering, retail, security, portering, and pest control services. This role will have 4 days on one site and 1 day per week on another site, the community site has a manger in place that reports to you.Key Responsibilities:Managing and overseeing cleaning, catering, retail, portering, Pest and security servicesEnsuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all sitesDeveloping and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in service deliveryManaging budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectivelyLeading and motivating diverse teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfactionLiaising with hospital management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to align services with hospital needsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
