SAP EWM Consultant- Germany (Remote)- Permanent opportunity
I am currently supporting a global SAP logistics consultancy on their search for an SAP EWM Consultant to join their growing team in Germany on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Management and implementation of projects and sub-projects in the EWM area for national and international customers
* Collaboration with other SAP teams to ensure smooth operation of the entire SAP landscape
* Supporting the development of the consulting team in the area of SAP EWM
* Consulting on the optimization of business processes in warehouse logistics and their interfaces to other business areas (purchasing, finance, controlling, production, QM)
* Conception and implementation of SAP solutions in the area of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) incl. interfaces (MM, FICO, PP, QM)
* Conception for mapping customer requirements with SAP EWM
* Coordination of customizing and developments
* Preparation, coordination and implementation of tests
* Preparation and implementation of training courses for key users
* Planning and accompanying rollouts, go-live support
* Support in the preparation of project offers
Experience required:
* Several years of experience in SAP EWM consulting (knowledge of other SAP modules is an advantage)
* Project experience in the implementation of SAP solutions in the SAP EWM Environment
* Know-how in supply chain management in the pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, automotive, food or retail industries
* Conceptual and analytical methodological competence as well as initiative and enthusiasm
* Leadership skills to manage (junior) consultants
* Fluency in German and English
