UBLUK is currently seeking an exceptional Senior Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team in Mayfair, London!
As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include undertaking assurance assignments, producing compliance monitoring reports, assessing suspicious activity transaction monitoring, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and policies. You will work closely with the Senior Compliance Manager/MLRO and the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer to provide critical analysis and support, while also delivering training to new staff and overseeing departmental procedures. Your expertise will ensure we cultivate a culture of compliance and financial integrity while pushing the boundaries of organisational excellence.
Senior Compliance Manager Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years relevant banking experience.
* Strong understanding of AML/CTF and Compliance procedures.
* Excellent report writing skills with strong analytical capability.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
