Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Manager and play a key role in improving the lives of patients through quality pharmacy services. In this role, you will:

Lead and manage a team within the dispensary
Ensure smooth operation and adherence to operating procedures
Oversee drug order patterns, inventory management, and drug claims
Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
Provide leadership and support for the pharmacy team

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a dispenser with some management experience in a pharmacy setting
Good knowledge of drugs, order patterns, and dispensary operating procedures
Experience with drug claims (desirable but not essential)
GP dispensing experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and leadership skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality service
