Are you passionate about Occupational Health and Wellbeing? Are you looking for your next challenge in a challenging role? If so, we are currently looking for an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our busy team in Northamptonshire!

As an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and wellbeing issues across various departments. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall health of staff members, spearheading projects to enhance workplace wellbeing and ensure compliance with relevant health legislation. Your role will also include developing and implementing effective health policies, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with senior management to foster a healthier work environment.

Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position, option for job share available.

Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor Requirements:

* Registered nurse with a Postgraduate Diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health (or relevant equivalent qualification)
* Demonstrated experience in providing Occupational Health and Wellbeing advice to Supervisors, Senior Managers, and stakeholders
* Strong understanding of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and medical confidentiality legislation
* Proven expertise in successfully implementing Occupational Health and Wellbeing projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to continuous professional development
